This 3-month intensive offers focused support for you to establish a new way of being and relating with yourself, your challenges, and your path of purpose and evolution. Providing a curriculum of core principles for healing past trauma and dancing with present life, this intensive includes extended experiential sessions and regular check-ins as you apply a way of moving through life embodied and connected.

Whereas ongoing therapy and coaching responds to what’s most alive in your day-to-day life, Embodied Authenticity Intensives provide the foundation for living a healing and growth-oriented life yourself. By synthesizing a holistic understanding of your psychological, emotional, and relational wounds, as well as the precise processes for their healing, you can hold the keys for any situation to support yourself and others through life’s ups and downs.

The 3 Phases of Embodying Authenticity

Month 1: Orienting to Suffering & Embodiment

Suffering is part of life. How you do or don’t accept this fact determines how your suffering will affect you. Your greatest challenges can form your identity as a victim struggling through a tragedy, or they can be recognized as the generative soil through which your greatest gifts can grow.

The first month of the Intensive focuses on how you hold suffering, and how to approach it as a doorway into your fullest potential.

Fundamental to this orientation is learning how to access the support of embodiment, developing your felt-sense awareness, knowing yourself deeply through subtle energetic state shifts, and living rooted in your body.

Month 2: Transforming Trauma

Emotions are how life speaks to you. When emotions are overwhelming and go unprocessed, they become stuck in the body as trauma and inhibit your natural health and wholeness.

Connecting to your authenticity therefor requires releasing the layers of stuck trauma that have built up throughout your life. This is a process of leaning into your feelings, allowing their waves to arise and subside, and receiving the messages and gifts they offer you.

In this second month, you will learn how to release trauma from your body on your own, and begin doing so in a safe and guided container.

Month 3: Whole Self Integration

You carry many parts with you—your inner child seeking validation and play, your inner adolescent seeking freedom, your inner romantic who can empathize and connect with others, your inner CEO who knows how to get things done, your inner adult who appreciates responsibility, your inner elder who is wise and patient, and many more. These parts live in your body, and they carry unhealed wounds and unrealized abilities. When current situations trigger a particular part, you may find yourself acting in a narrow and outdated way, reacting through protective strategies that were at one time necessary but now create harm.

Your Whole Self is not any single part, but the space that contains all of your parts. This third month develops your capacity to heal wounded parts to access their hidden brilliance, and collaborate with all aspects of yourself as one team. As an integrated self, you can move fluidly between different parts as needed, while maintaining connection to the unchanging essence at your core: your True Self.
